Stars as Instructors to Promote Elderly Education

Institute of Continuing Education for the Senior Citizens, run by HKSKH Welfare Council, held a kickoff for its Star Instructor Scheme and an award ceremony for its Third Age Education Naming Contest on 21 June in David Li Kwok Po Community Hall of St James’ Church.
