Memorial Service for the Late the Revd Richard Ping-sun Tsang

A memorial service took place in the afternoon of 12 November at St Peter’s Church, Castle Peak, in honour of the late the Revd Richard Ping-sun Tsang, the parish’s former vicar who passed away on 5 October. The Rt Revd Andrew Chan presided at the service, and the Rt Revd Dr Timothy Kwok preached the homily.
