Good Kitchen transforms into a food factory

Good Kitchen, a social enterprise under the HKSKH Welfare Council, has transformed its mode of operations from a restaurant to a food factory since 1 May 2017. Good Kitchen was established in 2013 and was the first social enterprise that operated as a Chinese restaurant.

To mark the occasion, HKSKH Welfare Council held a thanksgiving dinner gathering on 28 April. The evening also saw the happening of the last event at the premises, Servant Leadership Lecture Series: Holding on and Letting Go in Life.

Good Kitchen is now located at Unit 3A, 4th Floor, Block B, Hoi Luen Industrial Centre, 55 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon. The social enterprise is committed to providing nutritious meals, soup, catering services, festive foods and all sorts of food production services. It continues to create job opportunities and provide training for those in need.
