Three new icons installed at All Saints' Cathedral

The Rt Revd Andrew Chan blessed three new icons in All Souls’ Chapel of All Saints’ Cathedral on 14 September. The three icons—Christ Pantocrator, the Blessed Virgin Mary and John the Baptist—were painted by the iconographer Lino Wong, who has settled in Italy after gaining his architecture degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1991.

The dean of All Saints’ Cathedral, the Very Revd Samson Fan, said that the new icons were placed in All Souls’ Chapel to express the aspiration of the living and the dead for eternal life in the glory of Jesus Christ.
