“Episcopal Led, Synodical Governed” – an overview of the church management

A thematic talk for members of the General Synod, Diocesan Synods, Vestries, Provisional Council of the Missionary Area, and Mission Church Councils was delivered at St. Mary’s Church on 18 April. The Most Reverend Paul Kwong, Primate of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, the Right Reverend Andrew Chan, Bishop of Western Kowloon, and Dr. Moses Cheng, the Chancellor, presented on the topic “Episcopal Led, Synodical Governed”. There was also a question-and-answer session towards the end of the talk.
