Holy Nativity Church Neighbourhood Elderly Centre participated in the Jockey Club Community eHealth Care Project, through digital technology and innovative service, to help its elderly members enhance their health management skills.

To provide better care to home-bound seniors and those with fragile health, the centre joined hands with HKSH Eastern Medical Centre to launch a project where medical professionals conduct regular visits to the homes of seniors who lives alone or together with their spouses in Shau Kei Wan. Besides caring for the elderly in the district, the medical professional's conduct body-checks for the seniors.
