HKSKH Women’s League calls for prayers for Zimbabwe

Hong Kong Christian Council World Day of Prayer Committee had earlier planned a prayer service for Zimbabwe on 7 March. However, the event was postponed by the committee because of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The theme of the event is “Rise! Take your mat and walk”. Anglicans form a majority among Christians in Zimbabwe. HKSKH Women’s League invited parishioners to pray for Zimbabwe and its government officials, its economy and the livelihood of its people, its vulnerable community, women, and the church leaders.
