Macau Social Services Coordination Office launches counseling platforms

Macau Social Services Coordination Office received a grant from the Higher Education Fund to set up the “Chat with U: college student counseling hotline and online support service”. The service was launched on 1 July. All college students in Macau, local or overseas, as well as Macanese college students studying overseas are expected to be the main users of the service. University of Macao is aware of the pressure college students are under and is concerned about their mental wellbeing as well as their various needs. On 13 August, it held a briefing at Macau Social Services Coordination Office to introduce the project.
