Religious Education Resource Centre celebrates short film award

The short film award ceremony, which is the tied up a life education film project started by the Religious Education Resource Centre last year, was held on 30 June.

The theme of the competition was “Who belongs to the winning group in life?” The Revd Canon Thomas Pang, who is both a judge of the competition and general secretary of Religious Education Resource Centre, said in his speech that people come across many challenges and turmoil in life. The aim of  the teaching life education through film is to let people explore the meaning of life and bring changes to the society. Fr Pang also commended the candidates and their work on their excellent level of innovation and artistic expression and encouraged them to continue making films to share with others in schools.
