Youths in Macau participate in social studies projects

To tie in with the Macau government’s policy of providing more diverse student services to encourage them to take part in the society, SKH Macau Social Services Coordination Office held the ninth social studies project. The awarding ceremony of the project was held on 30 June with a sharing session at the City University Macau.

Under the supervision of social workers and professional instructors in different academic disciplines and multimedia training, participants took part in a 6-month long research and practical course. A total of twenty-one teams presented their reports at the end. The research contents showed that young people are most concerned with social topics such as e-sports, body-shaming, property acquisition, special education, civic awareness in young people, using of social media among middle school students, and school bullying.
