Welfare Council’s Charity Raffle 2016 Raises Nearly $4M

HKSKH Welfare Council ran its charity raffle 2016 from March to April. Thanks to the generosity of donors, institutional partners, colleagues, and Church members, almost $4 million was collected to provide resources for the Council’s operation.
