Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Anglicanism
Publish Date: 21-Aug-2017
The German pastor and theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906-1945) was a founding member of the Confessing Church, a movement that opposed the pro-Nazi Protestant Reich Church. His vision on theological education was inspired by his friendship with Bishop George Bell of the Diocese of Chichester and his experience at the Anglican monasteries in Britain. To learn more about the topic, please join the Bonhoeffer & Anglicanism seminar conducted by Dr Daniel Pang from Chinese Mission Seminary. The seminar is free of charge and will be held at All Saints’ Cathedral on Friday, 15 September at 7:30 p.m.
