Community connected by market on St Joseph’s Church’s 64th anniversary

St Joseph’s Church celebrated its sixty-fourth anniversary on 5 June. The Rt Revd Andrew Chan, Bishop of Western Kowloon, presided over the Eucharistic service in which nine brother and sisters received the sacraments of Christian initiation.

After the service, the Kam Tin Friendly Market, organized by St Joseph’s Church and Social Centre, opened. The market was a platform for crafters, locals, and farmers to sell their artwork and produce, and a stage for performers to display their talents.
